I didn’t start this journey as someone who had it all figured out.
I started as a new mom, overwhelmed, over 250 pounds, and trying everything without seeing real, lasting change. What finally made the difference was learning how to move with purpose, build real strength, and create a healthier relationship with my body.
That experience is what shaped everything I do today. I’ve built SP Fitness Co. to be a place where you can try something new, grow, and become stronger in a way that actually lasts.

All About Me
Over the past 8 years, I’ve committed to not only my own growth, but to becoming the best coach I can be for my clients.
I am also certified in Emergency First Aid, Stop the bleed, Narcan administration, CPR, and AED.
In addition to my certifications, I coach middle school track and cross country and continue to expand my knowledge and skills to better support every client I work with.
My experience goes beyond certifications. I’ve lost over 80 pounds (some of which I've gained back and perfectly fine with), run my first 10K, and completed a full 140.6 Ironman distance triathlon. I understand what it takes to start, stay consistent, and keep going even when it’s hard.
